Needing to change our Wills, we went to our Solicitors, Manners Pimblett of Cheadle. We were met by Jackie Chambers their Legal Secretary, who kindly introduced us to Edith Longden, their new head of Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. What a good start. However, things got better.
We went through our existing Wills and explained that we had in mind. Edith immediately knew exactly what to do. She gave us advice that we had never thought of before, which opened our minds to the actual legal complexitites of a Will and the consequences of not getting it right.
