The practice was formed on the 1st January 2003 by the founding Partners, Duncan Manners and Robert Pimblett and since February 2005 is owned and managed by the Sole Director Robert Pimblett following the untimely demise of Duncan in 2005.
Not all legal practices are made up of qualified Solicitors – we are!
Access to a Solicitor has arguably become more difficult over the last few years following the end of Legal Aid for certain areas of work and changes in legislation however, we at Manners Pimblett have always adopted an ‘open door’ policy. We appreciate not every time you see us it will necessarily lead to a formal instruction. It may be you simply need some initial guidance to put you in the right direction and help you consider options available to you whatever your situation.
We will always be happy to see you and will do our best to see you if you call in alternatively, you can telephone to make an appointment for a preliminary assessment of your matter.
We know not everyone can come to see us during normal office hours and therefore if you need to speak to one of us outside the usual 9:00am – 5:00pm office hours, we will always try to accommodate this.
We are also able to come to see you at home if necessary.
Whether it be dealing with a divorce or financial arrangements following the breakdown of a marriage, dealing with a loved one’s Estate or advising you in relation to your new Will or Lasting Power of Attorney, we will deal with your matter in a sensitive and efficient manner remembering that it is our client’s needs that come before our own!
We hope we can help you!
