Am I entitled to claim?

We will obtain the details of the accident from you and advise you whether we feel you have reasonable prospects of bringing an action for damages against the responsible party.

What will it cost?

NOTHING — whether you win or lose, we ensure that you do not pay anything towards your legal costs. If you succeed you keep all of your compensation. Your legal costs are met by the losing party.

How long will it take?

This can be difficult to predict however, all claims arising out of personal injury have to proceed under a protocol. This means that within 3-4 months of starting the claim we will know whether the claim will be accepted by the other side or disputed.

Do I have to go to Court?

Very few cases actually proceed into Court. The likelihood therefore is very much against you having to attend Court.
