In the current financial climate we also recognise the importance of being able to give practical advice to our clients who find themselves in the position of bringing a claim against their employer.

Besides having a good understanding of the Law we never lose sight of the fact that this can often be a worrying prospect for clients and we therefore ensure that clear and practical advice is given at every stage of the claim.

In many cases the actual fact that a claim has been brought will often lead to an improvement in work practices thus ensuring similar accidents do not occur in the future.

We also remind our clients that after we have made initial contact with their employer the matter is then put in the hands of their insurance company.
